I've been training with Mark twice a week now for the past 5 weeks, I've trained in multiple different types of gyms (group training, cross fit etc) over the years and this is by far the most effective of them all. Packed on a few stone and lost strength and muscle after getting married and having kids. Mark really knows his stuff, has me dropping significant weight and getting my strength and fitness back whilst mixing the training up to keep it interesting and not being pushy about it at all. I definitely wouldn't have made anywhere near as much progress without him. Great PT, highly recommended

Mark is an excellent PT and uses his extensive knowledge and experience in educating and nurturing all those who attend his sessions. He is highly devoted, has a top class work ethic and has excellent communication and motivational skills. I would highly recommend Mark both as a PT and a person to anyone who wants to improve their body. i recommend mark at mb fitness for weight loss and gaining muscle i started out with mark weighing 17st 11 an now im just under 16 and a half stone, he pushes you to achieve your goals as was hard time with a family loss and lockdown but helped me along with good workouts good banter healthy eating advice which i could have stuck too better but hard being a fussy eater, but there was great bunch of guys there that made it worth going as well as marks drive to push you an better yourself ,i can now wear my jeans that i havent wore in over a year and feeling stronger and bit more fitter and will continue to train and better myself more fitness ways with stuff i have learnt from mark so if your lookin a good trainer to achieve your goals give mark a shout!!
Great trainer with a great attitude towards his job. Makes session enjoyable, while still being tough! would def recommend.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 2 weeks ago an ask mark to provide me with a diet plan an a home work out witch he did an I couldn't be more happy with it everything is going well thanks a million mark 5*

Had the opportunity to do both 1 on 1, and group training with Mark recently. Definitely one of my better decisions.
Mark knows his stuff and is always willing to help. I honestly can feel a lot of difference after 3 weeks. Has the ability to put you at ease and be comfortable, which is good as some people can be a bit intimidated by a gym.
Brilliant at motivating you, and giving you that extra little push if needed. Have no hesitation in recommending Mark if you’re looking a trainer. Unlike some, of you have a problem or a question, he’ll do his best to help. Glad I took the step, you will too.
