Hi and welcome! I'm Chris, a dedicated online and mobile personal trainer here to help you achieve your goals. My aim is to get you a training programme that is tailored to you, not a challenge that you've seen on social media that whilst effective, won't optimise your weight loss and training efforts. That's where I come in. Together we'll work out a plan that fits into your lifestyle and works around your commitments in everyday life.

Experienced Trainer

With my knowledge and your dedication to the training, you will be living a healthier lifestyle and be more capable in everyday life! I'll also advise on nutrition and diet, to help maximise the results from the programme so you have all the tools you need at your disposal, as well as me to answer any questions or fine tune the training if it needs it. I'm qualified in many forms of exercise, such as indoor group cycling, body conditioning, pre and post natal training and functional fitness. I will use all of the experience I've picked up from training people for over 5 years to get you smashing your targets and pushing your training to the next level!

Why me?

So if you're still reading this, thanks for sticking around! I can hear you asking what it is that makes me different from all the other trainers out there? The main difference is that we don't have to train together! I do offer 1-2-1 training in your home or a local park if there is one, or the option to have it all done via logging workouts and nutrition on the app I provide to track your results and instantaneously adapt the training if required. So if you prefer a trainer that's available on the other end of a phone, instant messenger or email, then I'm the one for you! Or we can go old school and I train you in person with that infectious spirit I've been told I have, using all my skills to help push you through the barriers and into a new, healthier you!
