Our chief instructor has achieved high levels of control in the respective discipline, and has spent years perfecting his techniques, enabling to offer an optimal level of teaching to all students. He has competed in many competitions across the UK.

We offer a class for children of all ages. We welcome students of all abilities – if it’s their first time at class, simply let the instructor know and they will ensure that they are given a full safety run-down. Our classes are limited to a small group, so that our instructors are able to give individuals the attention they deserve. Martial arts are used in self-defence, and there is minimal harmful contact in all of our classes.
