Make Monday Count

I love talking to people and hearing their stories. I like seeing those light bulb moments when they realise they can have more, achieve more and lead more fulfilling lives. 

I spent many years working as a HR practitioner and much of my job was unconscious coaching so I decided to re-train as a coach and public speaker and change my own life. I draw on personal experience and adversity to help my clients and I ensure they achieve all they set out to do. 

Humour is important as well as focus and understanding. Beware! My sense of humour is warped. 

I have experienced love, loss, bullying - all the highs and lows that life throws at us - but I'm still standing and bigger and better than ever! And you will be too .
