We ahve a spacious training salon which provides our trainees with the authentic salon feel. We only use professional products such as Wella, Label M and GHD. Our teaching staff are highly qualified, experienced hairdressers and assessors. We have a brand new classroom which has recently been totally refurbished thanks to a grant from the Collaboration 4 Growth Fund in conjunction with Lincolnshire County Council and the European Union. As an employer if you are considering hiring an apprentice and don't know where to start, contact our centre Manager, Kelly Newland who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. No business is too small to employ an apprentice, there are no size barriers. Apprentices can bring a range of advantages to your salon, ranging from helping out with minor roles and responsibilities, to quickly establishing their own customer base and enhancing your staffs skills set. Many apprentices start to earn revenue for their employers after a very short time and can increase service sales by assisting existing stylists with clients to free up their time for more appointments. Mentoring an apprentice is a very satisfying achievement and seeing them grow into a talented, creative employee adds value to your business. Our training works around your needs as an employer. Training days are mid week to avoid busy times and we have live models to enhance their people skills and customer service. Training in Reception duties and telephone skills are given. You will receive a grant of £1000 from the Government and be confident in the knowledge that your apprentice is training with the very best in the area. We are regularly OFSTED inspected with excellent results and work closely with your needs in mind.
