The thing I love about being in this group is that it really gets down to BASICS......things everyone should focus on......not fad diets or crazy eating patterns; Tatiana Cullingford really focuses on SOUND NUTRITION CONCEPTS as shown in her BOOK that she recently put out, SOUND WORKOUT EXERCISES AND FORM to ensure you are getting the proper output from the efforts you put in and a POSITIVE SPIRIT to realize that life is a JOURNEY.....its not a race and as much as we want to succeed daily sometimes we take a step back. Tatiana Cullingford continues to advocate a one day at a time approach, Aim to Improve 1% every day and enjoy the process......A very refreshing, holistic and easily attainable solution to many looking to improve their fitness, health, eating habits and overall lives. As someone who has consistently done this for over 30 years, she is a POSITIVE FORCE that I am so happy to have crossed paths with; I have learned a lot and shared a lot with her and SHE has made me better at 52 today than I was at 25, 35, or 50! A must if you want to take control of your life!
