We understand how stressful it can be to Tow a Trailer for the first time. When using our towing services, you will always be greeted by one of our friendly and helpful Trailer Trainers. As well as helping you out with any questions you have we can always guarantee you will feel at ease when you are being trained. Using our techniques you will learn. Very quickly, and if you need to take the DVSA Test you can rest assured with our very high pass rate, currently 92.4% you are in good company to pass your test. We always have tests on your last training day. Courses run from 1 to 3 days long.
Towing Law
In January 1997 the law for towing a trailer changed. It I now stands as, if you passed your test after that date. You are restricted to what size and weight of trailer you can legally tow. Before January 1997, you can Tow anything that is within the towing capabilities of your vehicle. After January 1997 you can tow up to a combined weight of 3500kg. That is The max weight of your vehicle, MAM is full loaded weight, plus the max plated weight of the Trailer. If your not sure, ask us and we will let you know if your legally towing or not. Illegally Towing .ca carry a £5000 fine and 6 penalty points. Don't risk it, it's not worth it.
