Located 10 mins from Addington, 20 mins from Quainton Stud and 40 mins from both Cherwell equestrian and Bury Farm, livery options are popular at MSV Countrylife Ltd. A combination of DIY and Part Livery is occasionally available . Please enquire regarding availability. Part livery is offered on a quiet private yard with all year round turnout, 50 x 25m floodlit school, fully rubber matted stables and good hacking. DIY livery is offered on a fully enclosed 5 acre parcel of land which can be split accordingly. There is a generous area of hard standing with plenty of parking and a large barn which could be used for storage and / or stabling for upto 5 horses. Water is connected and there are good arena facilities, available for hire, within 50m of the paddock. There is good offroad hacking within easy reach of the property.
