I have worked in the NHS Ambulance service since 1982 when I joined as a Cadet for GMAS. After working both as a frontline paramedic and managerial roles I took early retirement in 2016. Since then I have worked up and down the country for various private ambulance companies and noticed that there is a shortage of paramedics and so at this point I have decided to become a freelance paramedic and offer my services when required.
