Hi I’m Matt! I completed a masters in physiotherapy in 2009 and since then I have been working with a wide variety of patients to help with any musculoskeletal problem including sporting injuries, back pain, work related injuries and many more. I also have an undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science.
I started training as a Pilates teacher in 2010 and since then I have been teaching physiotherapy led Pilates classes in the NHS and providing one to one Pilates instruction for my patients.
Outside of work I enjoy keeping active especially playing football, mountain biking and practicing pilates!
Hello, I am Jack Mason, I qualified in 2014 as a Physiotherapist from Manchester Metropolitan University and I also hold an undergraduate degree in Sports with Exercise and Coaching.
I work as a Senior Physiotherapist in a busy outpatients department helping people with new and old musculo-skeletal injuries as well as providing rehabilitation to people post surgery who have had for example shoulder, knee, and back surgery.
I started training as a Pilates instructor in 2011 whilst I was working as a Personal Trainer and have continued to practice Pilates both for my own benefit and also for that of my patients.
