Came across Serena's work when looking for a portrait of my dog for my Mum's 50th Birthday. I enquired early and Serena responded quickly and gave me all the information I needed despite it being a query at first. A few months later I booked my picture in and sent over a range of images for her to choose. I cannot thank her enough. She regularly updated me on the progress of the portrait and it was amazing to see my little Dexter come to life. Faultless service, nothing short of exceptional. Swift delivery with a lovely note on how to take care of the pastels. To see the final product in reality is amazing, the photos online don't do the detail justice. Serena really captures the personality of the animal.. . Will be recommending to all my pet loving friends!! 10/10

What can I say. Simply brilliant portrait of Cara. I sent a photo to Serena and received a beautiful life like pastel of our fur baby.. The detail is outstanding. Serena did an exceptional drawing for my sister’s birthday. She absolutely loved it! She drew Cooper, the cocker spaniel, from when he was a puppy, playing in the snow. Her first draft was great, then I studied it carefully and asked if she could make a couple of amendments, and bingo, it was then perfect! Serena made sure I was absolutely comfortable with the end state before carefully packaging it up to post. A pleasure to have her draw for me and what a gifted and talented individual! Thank you. Jo
