The Dirty Souls is a Bbq smokehouse & cocktail joint inspired by the food, drink, music and culture of The Deep South States & Texas.
We'll also be serving up Fried Chicken & waffles, Southern biscuits & sausages with some Creole & Cajun dishes or try any off this on our Po'boy's
We will be serving up cocktails from the classics to our own inspired cocktail menu.
We source local Irish produce with an ethos of farm to fork and use of local suppliers and farmers for our kitchen, smokehouse & bar ingredients.
Our staff are here to help you through the feast that approaches with Y'all and us at The Dirty Souls
We smoke meats based on american Bbq techniques & methods from the various states.
TDS use our Offset custom smokers & our cinder block smoker.
We fry chicken in cast iron skillets and we serve tradtional to the deep south with s choice of sides.
We also dedicate a lot of our time to selecting & creating drinks for our Menus

We have been inspired to create a food and drinks menu based on the people and their love and passion for food, the history of soul food & Bbq, the ingredients, the cooking/smoking methods from over Texas & the Deep South.
We hope to take a little bit of there and bring it over here to Y'all in the North West Ireland
