It breaks our heart to see solid pine Victorian doors going into skips so we wanted to recycle them whilst restoring the history and charm that goes with them. Our items show off the quality of a handmade piece of Victorian architecture whilst making us think about the history and nostalgia that once was. Practical and bespoke items that make us feel warm inside knowing each door is getting a second chance to live on a little longer. Created to look at home in a rustic farmhouse kitchen these boards have a blackboard and a cork board with peg rope in the centre. Created with natural jute rope and cast iron hooks they are finished with a natural wood oil to penetrate and protect for years to come. Prices from £65.00 (Blackboard is wipeable, pegs not supplied) Please note these are heavy, original noticeboards made from old doors. They are very solid and will require a strong fixing to wall. They have had sometimes over 100 years of service already so they are not perfect! There blemishes are what makes them unique!
