TWT is about treating your body right because you know that you deserve to have the best health and fitness levels. We all start somewhere, with a certain body type and ability. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.
