Located in Cleethorpes we are a support group for men and with mental health issues. W4MH has been set up to offer support for guys with mental health issues. But it's not just for guys. It's for all of you out there that have a loved one, friend, work colleague that is suffering, struggling or even in denial right now. If you or a loved one is suffering from any mental health illnesses or issues, then please come and help create a safe place for us all. here. Let us stand together and support one another. We are not trained councillors and can not offer you trained advice, but we can help support one another and help you find the right support. We can share our highs and lows. We will not judge.

Why Waistcoats for Mental Health? Waistcoats are an item of clothing that is often hidden under a jacket or coat. You don't get to see what it look likes underneath the jacket or coat. It is a bit like many of the mental health issues that we face daily. We at W4MH believe that like MH issues they should be worn on the outside for all to see, and understand. They are part of you, your personalty and what makes who you are. .
