Putting you first we will build your support around you to ensure that you have the choice and control over your life in a way that you want. Our Management team has a vast experience in supporting people with Learning Disability and/or autism as well as working with older people and domiciliary care. Our Registered Manager is extremely hands on in approach working directly with the clients and their families to train and support staff to develop their knowledge about the person they are supporting, We will help our clients develop skills and their potential and support them at various meetings and events. For each person we support we will work with you to develop your package of care through assessments and the creation of your package of care working with you as our partner in care. We will where practical involve you in training your staff to create a degree of personalisation led by yourself and not determined by the expectations of others. We will work in partnership with the statutory sector to ensure that people have the care that is identified and we will work closely with the Care Quality Commission to ensure that every member of staff that we employ to support you is the right person at the right time and with the right training. All of our staff will have appropriate disclosure and barring service clearance. Your information is safe in our hands as we are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office as Data Controllers and Processors.
