Our instructors have been teaching first aid for many years, and come from backgrounds in emergency services and medical professions. They are experts in the field, and they are fully qualified to instruct others in the theory and procedures of first aid. At Rescue Breaths, we provide fully-certified first aid training to the general public, covering all aspects of first aid. Our courses are designed for people with no previous first aid experience, and are intended to provide a comprehensive overview of basic first aid procedures. We deliver first aid classes for children from the age of 5. This is done in a fun environment so children can learn a life saving skill at an early age. Parents are welcome to.

We deliver food safety training at your workplace. We offer advice on best practice as well as teaching current regulations. Training includes allergen awareness.
