Rashad is the best! I choice him based on his positive reviews and because he makes house calls. He came to my apt the same day I called - working around my schedule. He was professional and courteous - unfortunately he needed to order parts + take my 4K TV to the shop to repair - he gave me a fair estimate and said it might take 5 - 7 days for the parts to arrive but would call me when ready. He called me within the week and delivered as promised. The tv is back on the wall and running great. I highly recommend him - especially in NYC - while tvs are lighter than ever - they are also larger than ever -- it becomes overwhelming when you start adding up the cab fare to get a tv to and from a shop. I would also like to add that I felt safe welcoming him into my house.
