If the answer is yes, you’re looking for a farmers market. Here in the local area, that means you want Veggie. We have a wide range of locally grown fresh fruit, vegetables and other locally produced foods available, although what we have on offer varies with the season. In addition to fruit and vegetables, be sure to check out what else we have to offer. Depending on availability and season, you can find staples like eggs and meat. While small artisan producers bring along their cheeses and chutneys, honey, jams and jellies and even bread and other freshly prepared baked goods. However, the hallmark of all of the foods available at our farmers market is that they have been produced locally or made with locally sourced ingredients. Come tickle your taste buds!
We provide a venue for local farmers to sell what they have grown direct to the discerning shopper. If you want ultra-fresh fruit and veg that hasn’t travelled around the globe to get to you, then this is the place to be. But remember, since all the produce is grown locally, availability may vary week-to-week. Also, as our vendors are mostly small-scale producers who focus on offering quality rather than quantity, it pays to come early to be sure of finding what you want!
