On the day of your Launch & Training call, we'll show you how your website looks and get your approval or make any necessary changes. We'll also teach you how to use our website editor so that you can make any changes you want in the future. If you have chosen the Plus or Growth plans, our expert will also walk you through the main benefits of your plan and explain how to make the most of the plan you have chosen.

Absolutely! When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a prorated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
